Can I order without being a member of the site?
Of course, you can order without being a member of Kolektif Tasarım. For this, after adding the product you want to buy to the cart, it is enough to enter your address information directly and proceed to the payment step. You can contact us via Instagram or e-mail so that we can inform you about your order.
In how many days are the products shipped on average?
Your products will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days on average. You have to follow the processes after the cargo. If you become a member, you can follow them from MY ACCOUNT.
The product I purchased was damaged/defective. What should I do?
If the product you received is damaged or defective, you can contact us via the relevant e-mail address kolektiftasarim@gmail.com. Our team will assist you as soon as possible for returns.
In how many business days will I receive the refund?
Return requests are processed within 3-5 business days after shipping. Refunds will be made within 5-7 business days. The reflection of the refunds on your card may vary according to the bank's own transaction procedures. Refunds of installment payments are made in installments originating from banks.
